House rental is $ 180 USD/week. A security deposit is required. There is an additional $50 USD/week premium charged during the two Easter weeks, the two weeks of Guelaguetza (the most important festival in Oaxaca) in July, the week of the Day of the Dead (end of October to early November), and the last two weeks of December.
